How to use Libreoffice Calc Sheet Menu in Hindi

Sheet Menu

Sheet की setting करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है। इस menu के अन्दर कई options दिये हैं-

1.     Insert Cells {Ctrl++}

Cell insert करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

2.     Insert Rows

Active Cell के ऊपर व नीचे Row Insert करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

3.     Insert Columns

Active Cell के पहले व बाद मे Column Insert करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है ।

4.     Insert Page Break

Row and Column Break करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

5.     Delete Cells {Ctrl+-}

Active Cell को Delete करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

6.     Delete Rows

Active cell वाले Row को delete करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

7.     Delete Columns

Active cell वाले Column को delete करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

8.     Delete Page Break

Row Break और Column Break को Delete करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

9.     Insert Sheet

Workbook में एक new Sheet Insert करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

10.         Insert Sheet at End

Sheet के last में एक new Sheet जोड़ने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

11.      Insert Sheet from File

पहले से बना कर save की गयी File से किसी sheet को insert करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

12.     Link to External Data

Internet से या किसी अन्य application से file में link जोड़ने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

13.      Delete Sheet

किसी sheet को delete करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

14.       Clear Cells {Backspace}

किसी cell की value, Date & Time, format इत्यादि को remove करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है, जब इस option का use  करते हैं तो Delete Contents का Dialog box open होता है। उसमे जिस भी data को remove करना है उसपर tick कर दीजिए |

15.        Cycle Cell Reference Types {F4}

Cell Reference तीन प्रकार के होते हैं- Relative, Absolute और Mixed. एक cell reference से निकल कर दूसरे व दूसरे से तीसरे में जाने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

16.         Fill Cells

किसी Data को select किये गए cells में fill करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है इसका अन्दर कई options आते हैं जैसा की नीचे image में देख रहे हैं।

• ·                     Fill Down {Ctrl+D}

किसी cell में enter किये हुए  data  को नीचे के cells में copy करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

• ·                     Fill Right

किसी cell में enter किये हुए  data को right  ओर के cells में copy करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है। और ऐसे ही Fill Up और Fill left भी काम करेगा।

• ·                     Fill Series

किसी cell में enter किये हुए  data को ADD व SUBTRACT तथा MULTIPLY व DIVISION  करते हुए select किये गए cells में fill करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

17.      Named Ranges and Expressions

Select किये गए cells को नाम देने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है। इसके अन्दर कई options दिए गए हैं, जैसा की नीचे image में देख रहे हैं-

18.    Cell Comments

किसी cell में enter किये हुए  comment को edit, delete, show and hide करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

19.      Rename Sheet

Sheet का नाम change करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

20.      Hide Sheet

किसी भी sheet को Hide करने  के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

21.         Show Sheet

Hide की गई sheet को show करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

22.      Move or Copy Sheet

किसी sheet को एक place  से remove  करके दूसरे place पर ले जाने तथा उसकी duplicate copy बनाने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

23.       Navigate

किसी particular sheet पर जाने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है। इसके अन्दर कई options दिए गए हैं-

• ·                     To Previous Sheet {Ctrl+Shift+Tab}

पिछली sheet पर जाने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

• ·                     To Next Sheet {Ctrl+Tab}

अगली sheet पर जाने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

24.      Sheet Tab Color

Sheet के नाम के पीछे color fill करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।
