How to use Libreoffice Writer View Menu in Hindi
VIEW MENU
इस Menu में View से related कई Option दिए गए हैं , जो निम्नलिखित हैं–
Writer View Menu
1. Normal View
इस Normal View में Document सामान्य रूप से Show होता है।
इस View में Document का Margin, Color, Header and Footer सामान्य रूप से Show होता है। By Default जब हम अपना software open करते है तो वह Normal view मे ही होता है |
2. Web View
इस View में हमारा Document उसी तरह ही show होता है, जैसे कि वह किसी Web Browser जैसे – Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, IE (Internet Explorer) इत्यादि में show होता है।
3. User Interface
User Interface change करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है| इनमे से जिस भी option पर आप click करेंगे libreoffice उसी Interface मे change हो जाएगा | इसके अन्दर कई options दिए गए है जो इस प्रकार हैं –

4. Toolbars
By Default दो toolbar active होते हैं जिसमे पहला Standard Toolbar और दूसरा Formatting Toolbar होता है, लेकिन इसमे आप अपने अनुसार कोई भी toolbar add और remove कर सकते है।

5. Status Bar
Status bar को Hide and Show के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।
6. Rulers {Ctrl + Shift + R}
इस option का use Ruler को Hide and Show करने के लिए किया जाता है। इसमे Vertical and Horizontal दोनों प्रकार के rulers मिल जाते हैं।

7. Scrollbars
इस option का use Scrollbar को Hide and Show करने के लिए किया जाता है। इसमे Vertical and Horizontal दोनों प्रकार के Scrollbar मिल जाते हैं।

8. Grid and Helplines
इस option का use Grid and Helplines को Hide and show करने के लिए किया जाता है।

9. Formatting Marks {Ctrl + F10}
इस option पर click करते ही mark paragraph के और sentence के अंत मे लग जाता है | इसे Paragraph Mark तथा Non-Printing Character भी कहा जाता है।
10. Text Boundaries
इस option का use Text के चारो ओर बाउंड्री को व छिपाने के लिए किया जाता है।
11. Table Boundaries
इस option का use Table के चारो ओर बाउंड्री को देखने व छिपाने के लिए किया जाता है।
12. Images and Charts
इस option का use Document में Image and Chart को show and Hide करने के लिए किया जाता है।
13. Hide Whitespace
इस option का use Document में Top Margin को show and Hide करने के लिए किया जाता है।
14. Track Changes
इस option का use Track Change को show and Hide करने के लिए किया जाता है।
Note:- Track Change option को हम Edit Menu मे already discuss कर चुके हैं |
15. Comments
इस option का use Comments को show and Hide करने के लिए किया जाता है।
16. Field Shadings {Ctrl + F8}
इस option का use Field पर shadow लगाने तथा remove के लिए किया जाता है।
Note:- Field हमें Insert Menu से प्राप्त होगा।
17. Field Names {Ctrl + F9}
इस option का use Field Name को show and Hide करने के लिए किया जाता है।
18. Sidebar {Ctrl + F5}
इस option से आप अपने sidebar को show एण्ड Hide कर सकते हैं तथा इसके अन्दर कई options है जैसे – Properties , Page , Style ,Gallery ,Navigator आदि जिनमे आप अपने documents मे कुछ changes कर सकते हैं |
19. Styles {F11}
इस option से आप select किये गए text पर कई प्रकार के styles Apply कर सकते है।
20. Gallery
इस Option से आप कई प्रकार के Shapes तथा Image insert कर सकते है।
21. Navigator {F5}
इस option पर क्लिक करने पर एक dialog box open होता है, जिसमे से किसी भी Text, Image, Table, Heading इत्यादि को search किया जा सकता है। और इसमे वही content show होते है जो आप अपने document मे use करते है | जैसा की आप नीचे Image में देख सकते हैं –
22. Data Sources {Ctrl + Shift + F4}
इस option का use Document के डाटा sources को show and Hide करने के लिए किया जाता है।
23. Full Screen {Ctrl + Shift + J}
इस option से आप बनाये हुए document को Full Secreen पर देख सकते है।
इस view में Application का सिर्फ page ही दिखाई देता है , Menus hide जाते हैं।
24. Zoom
इस option का use page के size को कम – ज्यादा करने के लिए किया जाता है। इसमे कई Options होते हैं जैसा की नीचे image में देख रहे हैं –
